Git Profile Manager is local-first. Profiles stay on your device.
What the app stores
Profiles and preferences are stored locally. The app applies the global Git configuration you activate. It does not upload your profiles.
Updates
The app may request public release metadata (latest.json / channel.json) to check for new builds. That request does not include your profiles or SSH keys.
This website
- Loads public channel metadata for download links and version labels.
- Has no accounts and no contact form that posts data to a backend.
- Hosting providers may process standard server logs.
